We are on the hunt to add some amazing new techs to the Total Air team! We're looking for hard-working, talented, and fun(this is very important) technicians to work on some super cool client accounts.

What will you be doing?

Tackling piping installations, handling compressor breakdowns, working through service calls and trouble-shooting new approaches to help the team and our clients excel. Expect to drive to the shop in the morning, debrief with the team and load up on coffee before heading out for a day of service.

Flexibility

We work hard, and at times long hours. One thing that is a non-negotiable for us is valuing family and health above all else. It is important to us that everyone on the team is on the same page with this one - keep communication open and support each other!

Truck + Phone Allowance

Driving to and from job sites will be covered by a Total Air truck (you just need to show up with your driver's license). We wouldn't expect you to use your own vehicle for work.

Similarly, we stay in contact through the work day via text and phone calls. Naturally, we take care of a part of your phone bill.

Living Wage

We sound like a broken record but...times are tough! We get that and we pay our team a living wage, simple.
